BRACKET
Optimal environmental performance while maintaining structural integrity.

The SkyProof System is designed to function as a cohesive unit with its unique fastening system, the bracket. The bracket’s geometry is designed to gather and absorb all the forces acting on the roof, making it a crucial component for achieving unprecedented system performance. The bracket is built to withstand the demanding structural loads inherent to the SkyProof metal roofing system. It also features a robust fastening mechanism that ensures secure fixing to the roof substrate. These features make the bracket a key element to guarantee the high quality performance for which SkyProof is renowned.
Free thermal movement
SkyProof is designed with a unique profile that ensures minimal interference with the fastening support (bracket), unlike many of its competitors. This design feature allows for free longitudinal thermal expansion of the sheet, making it possible to use sheets of any length without interruptions or overlaps. This innovative profile design provides greater flexibility in sheet length and installation, allowing architects and builders to create uninterrupted long-span roofs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Thermal break
A glass-fibre reinforced polyamide support, made from recycled and fully recyclable plastic products, is used as a connection and fastening to the roof’s supporting structure. This precisely designed support acts as a thermal break and has been carefully designed to minimise the risk of thermal bridging between the metal roofing and the main structure. By integrating this advanced thermal break solution into our roofing system, we dramatically improve thermal insulation and energy efficiency, ensuring optimal insulation performance while maintaining structural integrity.
